Refund Policy

  • 3-Day Return Policy for Damaged Items: We offer a 3-day return window for damaged or defective items upon receipt. Please initiate the return within 3 days after receiving the item.
  • Eligibility for Return: To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. For damaged items, provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Initiating a Return: To start a return for damaged items, describe the issue and send pictures to illustrate the problem to our support email at info@sibelshop.com. If your return meets the criteria, we'll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending the package. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
  • Other Eligible Returns: In addition to the 3-day return policy for damaged items, we offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase for other qualifying returns. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation Before Shipment: All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If you need to change or cancel your paid order, contact us within 12 hours of purchase. Once the packaging and shipping process has commenced, orders cannot be canceled.
